Kalpesh heads up the Employment law team at Ware & Kay. He has over 10 years’ experience helping businesses and individuals with everything from the first call to obtaining Judgement at the Employment Tribunal if needed.

He has a particular interest in transactional work such as TUPE and collective redundancies as well as advising on disciplinaries, grievances and matters relating to discrimination.

Kalpesh’s leisure interests include road cycling, watching boxing and spending time with his family (including cats!).
